📢 Important Update on Cal Grant Reform! 🚨

Governor Newsom's recent budget revision for FY 2024-25 does not include the funding needed for the crucial Cal Grant Reform. While we understand the challenges in balancing California's budget, we must keep pushing for reforms that are essential for our students and the state’s economic future. 🎓💼

The Cal Grant Reform Coalition is actively working on a phased-in approach that ensures no new ongoing costs this year, aiming to make higher education more accessible and prepare our workforce for tomorrow’s challenges. 🌟

We will continue our efforts with the California Legislature and the Governor to prioritize this vital reform in the final budget. Stay tuned and engaged—our students' futures and California's prosperity depend on it!
